Spring 2013 Venue Sponsor: La Caille


Some of you may already know that this year our spring luncheon will be hosted by La Caille, but for those of you who didn't know ... you do now! And you want to come that much more dont you?! A venue widely known for its elegance and beauty the sprawling acreage is awaiting our arrival and our curiosity  La Caille has been anxious to share their grace with us and we are so excited too! Did you know they have two new baby black swans? Among all their other exotic animals and lush gardens we will be dining in yet another amazing venue exclusive to Utah. Want to know a little bit more about this lavish venue ... dont you worry we have plenty to tell you!



Located on 20 elegant acres at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon, La Caille offers an unmatched experience and atmosphere. The restaurant, gardens, and the Chateau at La Caille all provide spectacular settings for your dinner or private party. Stroll through the three-acre vineyard, enjoy a canyon breeze on the patio, host an unforgettable event – La Caille is your perfect place.

The newly opened Chateau at La Caille is nestled stream-side and is a beautiful venue for ceremonies, receptions and private parties. The large display kitchen is the heart of the main floor with two private rooms accommodating 60 – 100 people for a sit down event and 200 for receptions. There are two patios and three balconies for outside dining or parties and a tree-line cobblestone lane leading to the front entrance.

The Grand Pavilion accommodates 300 guests for a sit down dinners and offers flexible seating and dining set-ups. The Pavilion has a separate valet entrance and opens onto the main patio and pond with a view of Little Cottonwood Canyon and our 3-acre Sevyal Blanc vineyard. Bougainvillea blooms year round and tropical plants add a lush feel to the room. Ceremonies, dancing, sit-down dinners and receptions are beautifully designed here.



The Main floor can seat 175 guests with flexibility for dancing, receptions, silent auctions and business meetings. There are windows facing all directions and the east doors open onto the main patio with seating for 110 with an adjoining patio to accommodate 80 additional guests. 

The Arbor Room overlooks the north pond, stream, arbor and the iconic bridges at La Caille. It seats 50 and opens onto a pond-side patio with a fire pit and seating. The room is perfect for smaller wedding parties and ceremonies or rehearsal dinners in all seasons.



The Garden Room opens onto the lower patio which is a popular site for outdoor ceremonies under the gazebo. It has seating for 60 inside and live greenery all throughout the space. The fireplace warms the room in the winter.
