Fall Luncheon

Text is hardly appropriate considering the gorgeous images seen here {David Newkirk} from our gorgeous fall event @ Red Cliff Ranch in Heber! Regardless we will provide you some insight into this beautiful fall gathering!

This year our fall affair ventured up into the Heber mountains and onto a ranch that also doubles as an actual wedding venue. A perfect place to smell the scent of fall, feel the crisp air, and enjoy the mood of environment! If you attended you likely enjoyed the beauty of the drive up and through the gates onto this sprawling ranch and you may also have been greeted by the ranch owner Virginia Whitby, who's style fits the ranch lifestyle perfectly! Not to mention her stunning beauty and genuine charm exuding smoothly out of her aura!

The charm of this ranch is pretty quickly all consuming and it is not hard to see why this is one of the most highly sought after destination venues in our great state, it exudes a mountain charm that brides likely find hard to resist! The barn is as stunning as it is unique and our sponsors went above and beyond creating an environment very conducive to a fall wedding ensemble of the highest caliber.

Both Melissa & I are quiet biased but floral work often times can make or a break an event and this event definitely turned out a stunning visual with the floral artistry of Amanda @ Branches floral. Hard to miss this stunning long table floral ensemble was rich in tone and mood and perfectly greeted us and our guests upon entry to the barn! Then came all the other perfectly executed details ...

Custom printed elements from Polka Dots & Daisies dazzled us with color of words printed on the texture of wood and the place settings did not disappoint either bringing in a bit of glam like only Culinary Crafts can bring! We all felt spoiled!

We mingled & socialized as we treated ourselves to hors devours and fresh lemonade before we sat down to a "family style" dining experience created especially for WIW by Culinary Crafts. You need only to read the menu above to begin to salivate!

Rob Ferre charmed us with his generous emcee style and graciously introduced Virginia who gave us a short history and intro to Red Cliff Ranch, Mary Crafts-Homer who taught us what it is to dine family style, and Miss Tessa Woolfe who graced us with her presence as a keynote speaker and local media extraordinaire. Which left us all with some business rejuvenation and intimate knowledge of what the media is looking for in regards to interaction with industry professionals.

We concluded our industry soiree with more networking, brainstorming, connecting all while snacking on treats custom created by Culinary Crafts. A variety of caramel popcorn creations and handmade candy savored the sweet tooth while we enjoyed the ranch and each other!

We both are grateful for the opportunity to be so involved in this organization and for what it brings to the industry, the experience that this is and the enjoyment we find in business and our relationships in the Utah wedding Industry. Thank you to all of our generous sponsors for the contributions and extraordinary talent and thank you to those that attended and chose to be involved pushing for a better industry and stronger connections. Audrey & Melissa!
